The following process describes our general approach to implementing standards-based management systems.
Upon your interest in our services, we schedule a meeting with you to discuss your needs and what you are seeking to accomplish with the engagement.
We use the information and insights gleaned from the consultation to develop our proposal. The proposal describes our approach, the benefits you can expect and the associated investment.
3. Gap Analysis
Before making a full commitment to implementing a management system, some clients prefer a gap analysis of their operations to determine the extent of work required.
A Report containing our findings from the Gap Analysis is developed. We also present our recommendations for your organisation’s next steps and answer questions you may have.
5. Second Proposal
Upon acceptance of the gap analysis report, you may decide to implement our recommendations and pursue the implementation or upgrade of a management system. We will then submit a new proposal for this.
During the implementation stage, we work with you to close the gaps identified in the gap analysis report. We provide training and tools to help your project team prepare the required documentation and implement the necessary policies and procedures.
At the end of the implementation phase, we conduct an assessment to confirm the effective functioning of your management system and to determine your readiness for third-party certification (if desired).
8. Project Close-out
We meet with your management and the project team to present our recommendations for successfully maintaining your management system and to discuss key learnings and gain feedback for future improvement.
