This course is a comprehensive look at the requirements of the International Standard, ISO/IEC 17025 – General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.  The subject matter enables an understandable explanation of the standard and an introduction to the documentation employed in management systems. 

The tools to be employed in the implementation of management systems will be introduced.  Participants will learn how to interpret the requirements of the standard so that the management system development process can begin.
