Course Details

This 2-day introductory course combines theory and practice to bring participants to a working knowledge of project management concepts and tools and position them for further learning. Key terms will be defined, the project management paradigm will be introduced and participants will be led to develop a personal action plan for greater project success.  

The Project Management Paradigm is based on the Project Management Institute’s global standard as captured in the 2013 edition of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
