Is your organization effectively prepared to face the future? Many organizations, public and private, wrestle with planning for the future. Invariably companies depend on some form of external assistance usually consultants to take them through the process. Planning however can be hampered by a lack of preparation and an incorrect understanding of what is involved in strategic planning and the roles and responsibilities of leadership. 

This workshop will enhance participants’ contribution to their organisation’s strategic planning process. Participants will examine the necessary inputs and the desired outputs for this critical management tool. Participants will also discover the kind of thinking and behaviours that are essential for any plan to be successful.
